تعلن منصة غانم عن إصدار الصكوك بنجاح لأول فرصة استثمارية، في خطوة تُعد محطة مهمة في مسيرة تطوير نموذج التملك الجزئي العقاري في المملكة العربية السعودية.
وتُمثل هذه العملية إنجازًا نوعيًا، حيث تُعد أول مرة في السعودية يتم فيها تنفيذ ترميز عقاري لأكثر من 500 مستثمر في عقار واحد، ضمن تجربة رقمية حديثة تسهم في توسيع الوصول إلى الفرص العقارية الاستثمارية بطريقة أكثر كفاءة وتنظيمًا.
وقد تمت العملية بشكل مؤتمت من خلال الربط مع السجل العقاري، بما يعكس مستوى التقدم في تطوير البنية التقنية والتنظيمية الداعمة للمنتجات العقارية الجديدة في المملكة.
كما جاء هذا الإنجاز بدعم من البيئة التجريبية التنظيمية للهيئة العامة للعقار، والتي أسهمت في تمكين نماذج استثمارية مبتكرة، وتعزيز تطوير حلول عقارية حديثة تتماشى مع التحول الرقمي في القطاع العقاري السعودي.

This transaction represents a significant achievement, as it is the first time in Saudi Arabia that real estate tokenization has been executed for more than 500 investors in a single property, through a modern digital journey designed to expand access to real estate investment opportunities in a more efficient and structured way.
The process was completed through automated integration with the Real Estate Registry (RER), reflecting the progress being made in building the technical and regulatory infrastructure required to support innovative real estate products in the Kingdom.
This milestone was also made possible with the support of the Real Estate General Authority’s Regulatory Sandbox, which continues to enable new investment models and foster the development of advanced real estate solutions aligned with the Kingdom’s digital transformation agenda.
