Ghanem at Zid HQ in Riyadh: A Conversation on Building Products and PMF

Saleh Alghamdi, Co-founder and CEO of Ghanem, took part in the Product Gathering (جمعة برودكت) hosted at Zid’s headquarters in Riyadh on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. The interview was titled “Building Products & Finding PMF: The Journey & Challenges,” bringing Ghanem’s experience into a conversation with Saudi Arabia’s product community.

Building products and finding product–market fit

The session’s theme connects two important parts of a technology company’s journey: building a usable product and finding a real market need for it. The second is commonly known as product–market fit, or PMF.

For proptech products, this relationship has particular relevance. Digital real estate services support decisions that depend on clear information and an understandable user journey. Ghanem’s participation provided an opportunity to introduce a Saudi company working in fractional real estate ownership to people interested in building digital products.
