Ghanem CEO Saleh Al-Ghamdi Named a Speaker at Global PropTech Summit 2026 in Riyadh

The Global PropTech Summit 2026 will take place in Riyadh on 25–26 October. Its newly announced speakers include Saleh Al-Ghamdi, Co-Founder and CEO of Ghanem. The announcement brings a Saudi perspective on digital real estate investment into a wider conversation about how technology can make property markets more accessible and easier to understand.
Saudi Arabia’s Real Estate General Authority says the summit will cover data, artificial intelligence and digital platforms in real estate. For an investor, however, the useful test is practical: can a platform explain the asset, the rights being offered, the costs and the risks clearly enough to support a considered decision? That matters especially in fractional property ownership. An investor should be able to distinguish an ownership interest from a usufruct right, understand how the asset is managed, and see how distributions and exits work under the terms of a particular opportunity.
The PropTech conversation has moved beyond putting listings online. It now includes the quality of information people receive before committing capital and the tools they have to follow an investment afterwards. Ghanem’s participation creates an opportunity to bring these questions from the Saudi market to an international audience and to learn from approaches used elsewhere.
The summit’s speaker announcement confirms Al-Ghamdi’s inclusion, but it does not yet specify a session topic. We will share further details when the organizers announce them.
