Ghanem is pleased to announce the successful issuance of title deeds for its first investment opportunity, marking an important milestone in the evolution of fractional real estate ownership in Saudi Arabia.

This transaction represents a significant achievement, as it is the first time in Saudi Arabia that real estate tokenization has been executed for more than 500 investors in a single property, through a modern digital journey designed to expand access to real estate investment opportunities in a more efficient and structured way.

The process was completed through automated integration with the Real Estate Registry (RER), reflecting the progress being made in building the technical and regulatory infrastructure required to support innovative real estate products in the Kingdom.

This milestone was also made possible with the support of the Real Estate General Authority’s Regulatory Sandbox, which continues to enable new investment models and foster the development of advanced real estate solutions aligned with the Kingdom’s digital transformation agenda.

This achievement reinforces Ghanem’s commitment to delivering a trusted and seamless investment experience, while enabling broader participation in income-generating real estate opportunities through a structured technology-enabled model focused on efficiency, transparency, and accessibility.
